There are a total of 13 Walnuts to be found via the island field office. Stardew Valley doesn’t tell you how many you’ve found here, so you’ll have to remember yourself.Ģ. You’ll need to make sure to keep a mental (or written) note to remember how many you’ve found. They’ll appear randomly while opening chests, mining, and killing monsters. In the volcano dungeon, you can find a whopping 17 Walnuts by various means. There are 49 Golden Walnuts to be found here.ġ. Here, you’ll find the island trader (once opened), the volcano, and the dig site. The northern portion of Ginger Island contains the entire area through the northern entrance off the first beach section you arrive in. (Solution: 2 clicks, 11 clicks, 5 clicks, 9 clicks, 7 clicks.) Ginger Island North Once you’ve tuned them, run along them from left to right and the mermaid will start to sing, then grant you five Golden Walnuts. A large stone signifies five clicks and a small stone signifies one click. Place a Flute Block under each one and tune them based on the number of stones. You’ll see a row of five small stone patches. The mermaid herself will appear on the rock in the water. On a rainy day, head to the mermaid beach (note: Ginger Island’s weather forecast is separate from the mainland of Stardew Valley). You can see a bit of exposed dirt amongst the barrels and boards on the right-hand side. Inside the pirate cove, there’s a bit of water. This can be repeated twice more, for a total of three Walnuts.ĥ. Win a game of darts to earn a Golden Walnut.
After 8 PM, some pirates will hang out here. On an even-numbered day with no rain, head to the small path made of boards leading through a hidden entrance into the pirate cove. If you dig in the center of it, you’ll find a Walnut.Ĥ. There is a small diamond shape made from yellow starfish here, as well. Fish in the starfish-shaped tide pool here to find a Walnut.ģ.
After opening the beach resort, you’ll be able to go through the southeast exit of the main resort section into the mermaid beach. You’ll come out on the upper cliff of Island South, where there will be a Golden Walnut.Ģ. Head up through the entrance to Island North, take a sharp right turn right away, and walk through a walkway hidden under the tree here. There are twelve Golden Walnuts to find here.ġ. Once you move the turtle, you can also head left from here to the western portion of the island. From here, you can head north to the northern portion and east to the grove where Leo lives, which makes up the eastern portion. It contains the dock where Willy drops you off, the beach resort (once opened), the mermaid beach, and the pirate cove (again, once unlocked). The southern portion of Ginger Island is the area you first arrive in after departing from Stardew Valley. If you’re looking to take advantage of everything Ginger Island has to offer, you’ll need to collect a good number of these Walnuts. They’re used to unlock new areas, purchase services, and more. These strange collectibles are pretty hard to find sometimes, with 130 of them to collect in total.
